April 21, 2026-Artful Wind Chimes-Just One More, Jamaica, IA
Create a one-of-a-kind wind chime that's full of personality and charm! In this hands-on workshop, you'll transform wine corks, beads, and unique found objects into a whimsical hanging piece. Participants will learn essential jewelry and assembly techniques, including how to work with screw eyes, jump rings, jewelry chain, and eye pins to design and connect each element. You will explore balance, spacing, and layering as you build your own custom work of art. No two wind chimes will be alike! Feel free to bring any found objects of your own, or use my personal "stash". Cost for this class is $50 and includes all supplies. If you have any jewelry making tools such as jewelry pliers, jump ring closing pliers or a nipper tool, feel free to bring them. I will have several sets to share, but it would be helpful to have your own set. Class time is 6:00-9:00 pm.
